Who's behind this
Wonderbean is led by Alan Kan, twenty-five years in enterprise technology, from IBM to advising New Zealand businesses on AI today. He's led AI that inspects underground pipes by drone for a water utility, handles promotion enquiries for a national telco, and guides hundreds of learners through job-search prep. He's also run technical assessments of a screen production company's AI projects ahead of funding decisions. Wonderbean brings that experience to businesses your size, on the belief that technology only matters if it works for the people who have to use it.

What does Wonderbean actually do?
We find the single workflow that quietly drains the most time in your business, then get an AI agent built to take it over. It starts with a fixed-price Workflow Scan, followed by a build that's funded for qualifying businesses, and optional ongoing advisory if you'd like us to stay.
How much does it cost?
The Workflow Scan is a fixed $5,000 + GST, credited back in full if you go on to build. For qualifying businesses, funding covers most of the build, bringing your first agent to around $2,500 out of pocket. Ongoing advisory is $2,000 a month and entirely optional.
What kind of work can an agent take over?
The repetitive, time-consuming jobs: answering routine customer enquiries, reading order emails and PDFs into your systems, tracking stock and flagging reorders, turning weekly data into reports. The work that eats hours without growing the business.
What if there's nothing worth automating?
Then we tell you, and you keep the full report. The Scan is built to give an honest answer, including a no. We won't build an agent that won't still be earning its place in a year.
Do we have to move our data to the cloud?
Not necessarily. Most builds run in the cloud, which is what the funding supports. Where your data can't leave your premises, there's a private path we can talk through on the call. We'll be straight about which one fits.
